From Sands to Sand Castles. This is a personal description of Hussain Al-Dhaheni, a former governor of a provenience of Saudi Arabia. It is told from the son's perspective. Born into poverty and ignorance, he broke the mold of his Bedouin tribe, accepted the alienation of taking a stand against tradition, and built a life that produced a political career, 43 children, and a better life for all of the people of the Hafer Al-Baten province of Saudi Arabia.
